Fairgrounds Building and Grounds Rental

The Geauga County Fairgrounds has 150 acres of land in Burton, Ohio. Most of the grounds and many of the buildings are available for rent by the public. View a map of the grounds.

Building Rental — Year Round, Heated:

Small Meeting Room (Lounge): 24' x 27', air conditioning, bathroom, kitchenette with food warmer, refrigerator, sink, coffee and microwave

Large Meeting Room (School Building): 30' x 80', air conditioning, bathroom, tables and chairs for 80

• Grounds space and parking lots
• Merchants Hall #1: 36' x 200', no heat
• Merchants Hall #2: 40 x 120, restrooms attached
• Junior Fair Building: 7,200 sq. ft., no heat
• Rabbit Building: 50' x 100', no heat
• Poultry Building: 30' x 137', no heat
• Swine Building: 1,552 sq. ft., no heat
• Band Pavilion
• Natural Resources Pavilion

• Small Grandstand & Arena
• Indoor Arena (by special arrangement only) 30' x 100'
• Main Grandstand: 2,000 seats, portable stage
• Under Main Grandstand: 63' x 170', no heat
• Concession under grandstand: by arrangement with operator
• Horse Show Arena Pavilion
• East Show Ring
• Horse Track & infield 1/2 mile oval
• RV hookup spots: water, electricity, dump station
  Non-fair times $25.00/night for full hook-up.
