Geauga Fair Entry How to Enter (non-animal):

  1. Locate the Department # you wish to enter (Baked Goods, Culinary, Fine Arts, Etc.)
  2. Read all rules and information under the department heading and drop off times. Each department has specific times and rules.
  3. Print the Fair Entry Form to mail or drop off entry or you can choose to enter online.
  4. Print legibly the contact information.
  5. Page – locate the page # of the department in the fairbook you wish to enter.
  6. Department – Each category has a department number located just below the heading of each department name.
  7. Section – locate the section name and corresponding number that your item is listed under.
  8. Class – the class number is under the section heading that your item is listed under. Only one entry can be made per class.
  9. Description – Use the listing next to the class number exactly as it appears.
  10. Choose to pay for an exhibitors ticket or membership. Be sure to include payment if you are sending in your entry.
  11. Sign and return with payment to the Fair Office no later than August 10, 2011.
